It's that they don't perform well enough in bed. It isn't a new thing that men are concerned about their sexual performance. However, it has become a much bigger concern over the years as the hundreds of women's magazines (and now men's magazines) constantly emphasize how important sexual performance is.
The pressure isn't a bad thing in any case. The fact is that sexual performance is extremely important to the health of any relationship and to how attracted a woman is to you.

Many guys think a lot about how to get the girl of their dreams. But they don't pay enough attention to what they will do once they have got her. And that is when they lose her, and end up in bad place. Depressed about the break up with their girlfriend. The truth is, that if your sexual performance is average or less than average you a putting your relationship at risk. I would attribute a lot of the divorces today to exactly this problem. And a new wave of psychologists, evolutionary scientists and neurologists are in agreement.
Sex is important. But how do you get good at it. Well, I'll first tell you that you shouldn't waste your time with most books you find in bookstores about the subject. The majority of them are not based in scientific fact, and not very well supported by 'multiple experiences' across many women. You see each women is different. You may have heard that before. But you most likely aren't aware of how important it is. The majority of books that discuss the subject of sex today make a lot of generalizations and are also very limited in how deep they look at the issue.
I'm glad to say that beyond bookstores you can find research and now also works written by people that have studied the subject and experienced it in more depth. Thought the aggregation of knowledge from scientists, players, women who freely communicate their needs and are very self aware, porn stars and porn producers a large body of more reliable information is becoming available.
You may not like to hear where it came from. But you can't deny that combining rigorously gathered information (from scientists) with knowledge gathered from people with extensive experience (have slept with a lot of people) is undoubtedly the best quality.
